Description: The school Parola offers an opportunity to study a dedicated Italian course with 2 hours a day of Italian language matched with afternoon Italian cooking lessons, which include the most important recipes of Italian cuisine and some wine tasting lessons. Students who take this special Italian cooking course have an opportunity to see how to prepare the most important recipes of Italian cuisine, from pasta to pizza. Participants also understand better the use of typical Italian food ingredients such as olive oil, wines or tomatoes. Students practice some cooking in a local restaurant and see the preparation of some typical Italian recipes such as pasta, tortellini, lasagne or the making of pizza.

Highlights: Studying Italian language can also be a way to start practicing a profession in one of the thousands and thousands restaurants, coffee shops and bistro that are in Italy and represents this country world wide. There may be people who are already involved in some food and wine professions and that would like to expand their business skills by learning Italian better. Scuola Parola Italian Language Courses's Mission Statement: Parola is an Italian language school in Florence that holds its Italian language courses in the art center of Florence. The Italian school Parola of Florence offers group Italian courses, individual Italian lessons and combined Italian classes. Our school prepares students for the CILS certificate with a dedicated course and provides Italian language lessons for Au Pairs in Florence.
