Solidarity Travel in Morocco, end December

Highlights: Day to day program:
Day 1: After arriving in Errachidia you will enjoy a dinner with a Moroccan family.
Day 2: Painting will start (6h work).
Day 3: We will organize an excursion on donkeys through the valley. This gives you a unique chance to discover the life of farmers. You will spend the afternoon on painting the school (3h).
Day 4: You will spend this day on painting the school (6h work). You will have lunch with one of the families living in the village.
Day 5: The morning is reserved for painting the school (4h). In the afternoon you will visit the local organization. This organization organizes activities with children and teaches older men and women how to read and write. Others make carpets and clothes. The people of the organization will tell you everything about their work.
Day 6: You will spend the morning on painting the school (4h). In the afternoon it is time for some adventure. We will be trekking on the Jbel Hamdoon Mountain.
Day 7: This morning you will finish your work on the school (4h). In the afternoon we will visit the ziz gorges, so you can see yourself how beautiful Moroccan nature can be.
Day 8: Today we will head to Merzouga via the Ziz valley and the towns of Erfoud and Rissani. Merzouga is Moroccan nature in its purest form. And how else should this pure nature be explored than on a back of a camel? The camel will bring you to the middle of the desert where you will sleep in Berber tents.
Day 9: After the sunrise you will ride back on a camel to the small village of Merzouga. Afterwards we will drive to Todgha gorges, heading further to Dades gorges. We will spend the night in Dades gorges.
Day 10: We will return to Errachidia (3h ride). Today it is time to say goodbye. But not after having a joyful lunch together. From here on you will take the bus back to Casablanca airport or to Marrakesh.
