Description: Our programs are immersion/adventure programs combining language training, immersion living, local homestays and sustainable development projects focused on health and sanitation, environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture. Projects include, but are not limited to: construction of organic composting latrines, water filters and improved cook stoves as well as teaching english, developing low cost solutions to sustainable agriculture and supporting child education efforts. Our adventure component includes surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jungle canopy tours, horseback riding, turtle watching, and volcano and cave exploration.

Highlights:
* Sharing daily life with local people from rural and remote villages
* Catching a wave on the pacific coast of Nicaragua
* Putting a smile on a childs face by improving their quality of life and reducing their risk of illness
* Scuba diving on one of the world's largest barrier reefs off the coast of Honduras
* Installing a water filter that you build in a community which previously had no clean water
* Watching turtles come ashore to lay their eggs under the moonlight

Qualifications: Must be at least 14 years of age, willing to live among local people and to participate willingly in sustainable development projects, some understanding of Spanish recommended but NOT necessary.
