Description: We invite a select group of participants to come with curious and open minds. Travel, adventure, spiritual immersion, and coaching will definitely be a part of what we will do. But the real learning will come from your own ability to immerse, reflect, interact, and construct.

This experience might best be described as an Adventure for the Soul. In contrast to traditional adventures, (Himalayas being a known adventure play ground) but Adventures for the Soul is a lot more. It's about self discovery and what you learn in each and every activity that's undertaken... Things like feeling the serenity and calmness of nature as you paddle across the lake to "The Retreat" in the chill of the early morning Himalayan breeze with no-one around to disturb your tranquil setting but a few fishermen in their dugout boats, breathing pure oxygenated air on an undisturbed hilltop with nothing but your own consciousness, the lake, the fresh air, the Himalayan peaks and your thoughts. Enjoy the lush garden & views from your chair over freshly brewed coffee and your journal. Sit in the upper branches of our tree-house and catch the last of the sun's rays as it drops behind the hilltop as the valley stills to the onset of the evening and the Annapurna's turn from white to orange and mauve. Sit around the evening bonfire and listen for wild tiger roaring 'just' across the valley. Join in the storytelling workshops or learn how to fish with nets in the lake... Milk the cows and feed the goats, plow the fields or sow them with rice in the timeless tradition of buffalo and wooden plow. Join a rowdy class of Nepali Primary students and share your experiences whilst they offer to teach you a traditional dance.

Highlights: The activities may be simple enough what makes the difference is the masters are on hand to help guide you through your 'self-discovery' and daily Yoga and Meditation Class and if you are lucky and have the right 'karma' behind you a small group gets the chance for Dharma Study Retreats under the guidance of world renowned Tibetan Master Choki Nima Rinpoche.

A limited number of departures led and hosted by some of the most important authors, teachers, personalities and lecturers in their fields to connect with the powerful images & energies of the regions most important sites. These can be ancient sacred sites, special religious sites (Lumbini - The Buddha's Birthplace, The Peace Pagoda, The Mountains, Valleys and Hilltops (Machapuchare etc), lakes, plus other sites with their stories of Customs - History - Myths & Mysteries - Theology etc.

These special tours are for travellers like you, who want to journey with a small group of soul-centred travellers, enjoy a rich exchange of ideas as you explore ancient / sacred sites and their mysteries. You'll experience the people, culture and spirituality of the village or region and through the expertise and knowledge of your special Hosts. Festivals make a unique time to be in many of these places.

You have done several things in life many of which perhaps Inward Bound is NOT, it's not a adventure holiday, it's not an adventurous vacation in an exotic locale, neither is it a "self-help workshop" in pre-packaged theory, nor a crash-course on spirituality.
