Description: 3 week mission trip through the Transkei Wild Coast in the Eastern Cape. We combine adventure travel with ministry work and community project. This focuses on the Transkei (Wild Coast) which was overlooked during the apartheid era. Remote villages, rolling hills, poor infrastructure, bad roads and subsistence farming characterize the region.

The people that inhabit the area are predominately Xhosa. Projects range from erecting mud houses for church meetings, speaking into schools, gardening, and assisting the elderly. We travel on a modified overland truck.
