Join us for a seven day seminar retreat! Restoring our eternal feminine power through our medicine retreat. Treat your body mind and spirit with ancient practices of wellness and SPA treatments. The seminar will help you develop skills to overcome the battles we face everyday as we confront obstacles that prevent us from spiritual growth and personal development. We will focus on the understanding of Los Trabajos (the works)that need to be done in all forms in order to be able to walk in balance, achieve real success, and enjoy at the maximum the relationships we establish throughout our lives. This Seminar will explore possibilities for Spiritual enhancement as well as Physical and Intellectual Empowerment Among us Women. It will prepare all of us in these difficult times of not only severe economic but social and spiritual conditions that we all face around the world. This retreat will provide an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the Aires de Tierra as well as Aires Cosmicos among ourselves and others. Through observation of body language and the semblante (a person's glance and overall manner), participants will learn to identify these Aires and will develop parameters for evaluation and diagnosis while engaging in their healing process. Also the most important part of the program will focus on intensive participation on everyday cleansing activities including sueatlodge ceremonies, Sunbath therapies, hot spring baths, sacred sites visits, ceremonial cleansing on the ocean and more.
Highlights:
The seminar will integrate activities: Specific activities will include Temezcal meditation ceremonies, curative and meditative massage, Yoga, Ancient practice of techniques for protection and more. The schedule although is full and complete is intended to be flexible so that participants can modify or add activities to suit their needs. Additional activities might include a few long walks, wellness activities, a visit to a traditional market outside the area and more. Throughout the retreat, participants will also be learning and practicing indigenous principles of nutrition by preparing and consuming foods and herbs to purify and revitalize the body, expand consciousness and enrich the spirit. The seminar will include a visit: - to Malinalco an ancient sacred site of central Mexico, - a night in Ixtapan de la Sal an excellent Spa next to a resort with mineral waters , - three days on Pie de la Cuesta a beach near Acapulco and four days in the area of Cuernavaca-Temixco. ** This program is designed for women of all ages with or no experience in the natural healing practices. But background or some knowledge on ancient practices of medicine is important.
