Description: The setting of Worksop College, in the heart of Robin Hood country, is like a painting! Let us paint the picture for you: Worksop College is an enormous traditional English building set in the middle of an enchanted forest and over 600 acres of national park land. A visit leaves everyone breathless: a long winding avenue will lead you by the college's own golf course. Not only are the grounds of Worksop College breathtaking, but walking inside the entrance gives you the feeling that you have stepped inside one of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter adventure novels. An adventure at camp Worksop is one you will write home about with vibrant colors!

A picturesque setting for the utmost holiday fun! The beautifully arranged park that surrounds the impressive main building offers our campers a wide range of outdoor activities. Site facilities include tennis courts, squash hall, indoor swimming pool, sports hall, extensive sports fields, a theatre, and a computer room with internet access. Your enchanting Worksop package also includes modern English courses taught by native English speakers, day trips to London, Manchester and England's most popular theme park Alton Towers. And if you didn't think that was enough...camp Worksop also offers you the add on options of mega trend sport action such as wakeboarding and golf!

The grounds are set in 310 acres of playing fields and woodland, making Worksop the perfect location to try out many new and exciting activities such as quad biking, cricket, tennis and soccer...there is plenty of room to run, explore and improve your skills. Our golf enthusiasts will be especially amazed when they first enter the grounds and see an amazing field of green with an 18-hole golf course.

The main building is your new home away from home. You and your new friends will sleep on a floor together in two to four bedded dorm rooms. Every room has an amazing view, whether it is look at the inner courts of Worksop College or a glance at the extensive sport fields that border along the famous Sherwood forest.

English lessons are in classrooms also located in different parts of the main building. You will get a real feel of what it would be like to be an actual English boarding student...of course without the school uniform. You will enjoy many a fun-filled night in the theatre also located inside the main building. The theatre is the place to show off your more creative side. Everything from singing your favorite song at karaoke night to showing off your dancing and guitar playing skills, card tricks and theatrical skills at the talent show.

Camps International's Mission Statement: Established in 1984, CAMPS imported the idea of summer camps from its country of origin, the U.S. Twenty years later we run various holiday camps in countries such as Germany, England, France, Canada, Croatia and Switzerland. Our greatest hope is to provide holidays and language learning experiences to campers from all over the world, and of course at the same time make it an experience of a lifetime! We are convinced that both children from abroad and German kids gain a lot from living together and learning about different cultures, languages and lifestyles. As well we have a high school programs, where we send German kids to 14 different countries on 5 continents (USA, Canada, Brasil, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Danmark and Finland.) They can go to school and live with a host family from 3 months up to a year.
