* Tuesday a.m - Culture and civilization: History of ideas or French language
* Wednesday a.m. - Excursion or French language course
* Thursday - Free for beach or other activities or French language in the morning
* Friday a.m. - History of art (museums or exhibitions) or French language
* Friday p.m. - Discovery of regional specialties (wine, oysters, olive oil, cheese..)
* Saturday a.m. - Cookery lessons (optional)
* Sunday - Excursion
