  • Coyhaique

Term: Spring
Dates: Feb. 23-March 7, 2008

Description: The fabled wild brown and rainbow trout of Patagonia's Aisen region, valleys that are home to some of the most pristine rivers and freestone streams you can find anywhere, wild surroundings and weather: this is the expedition of a lifetime for anyone seeking a backcountry travel experience with a focus on fly fishing.

On this course, you'll learn the fundamental travel and expeditioning skills that are the hallmark of a NOLS experience. You'll also get a custom-tailored fly-fishing progression based on students' individual knowledge and experience, whether you're picking up a fly rod for the first time or have been fishing for years.

A remote, self-sufficient, educational expedition in what is quickly becoming one of the hottest fly-fishing destinations on the planet--you can only get it at NOLS.
