Challenging, tough - the Southern Carpathians won't give in that easily! You'll have to conquer them step by step, ridge by ridge up to the highest peak in Romania! Walk on the edge, and confront the bloody Count in his Kingdom - a rewarding victory for you in the end! One of the few tours in which the mountains are crossed from west to east in order to minimise the number of climbs!

Highest peaks in Romania - Moldoveanu Peak (alt. 2544 m) and Negoiu Peak (alt. 2535 m) Bran Castle - also known as Dracula's Castle the place where Vlad the Impaler (renowned as Dracula) was imprisoned. Piatra Craiului Natural Park - with the most spectacular mountain walls in Romania, you can see here the rare chamois jumping from cliff to cliff. Sfinxul, Babele and Omu - famous mountain megaliths shaped by wind and rain in human forms. One night sleep at highest Mountain Hut in Romania - Omu Hut (alt. 2505 m) Peles Castle - the most beautiful royal residences in Europe; the castle also served as the retreat residence of most of Romania's monarchs.

- Accommodations, the transfers by micro bus/car, guide services (and the good advices), the telecabin from Babele Hut to Busteni - Accommodation: most of the accommodations are in mountain huts, with a fine position that helps shorten the route between accommodations. Some of them have no bathrooms and have outdoor toilets. In case of late booking the accommodation places could be hostel style dormitory (more than 10 beds in a room) but not for more than 3 nights. - Transportation: in Romania all transfers from/to the Railway Station (the meeting point) to the walking routes are provided - Meals: two breakfasts - Entry fees to: Peles Castle, Bran Castle, Rasnov Citadel, Fagaras CitadelNot included: plane ticket, airport fees, train ticket, photo & video tax and other not mentioned.

We're supporting "Saint Daniel's Foundation" program which already built a house for the elderly and now is trying to build the second one for both old people and children in the program entitled - "A grandfather for a nephew - A nephew for a grandfather".
