Highlights:
Our activities of Environment education camp are very popular amid both young and adults, Camps are carried out in association with ANALA. These camps are located in natural and pristine settings, far away from the monotony of tourism and commercialisation. Our Camps are hubs where wide range of activities like Rock-Climbing, Snow Trekking, River-Crossing, Bird-Watching, etc. is carried out under expert guidance. Besides that, living in camps also tacitly inculcates values required for Community Living (i.e. living in harmony with others & nature) and seeks to develop appreciation for Adaptive Living (i.e. adapting a lifestyle suited to the environment rather than the other way around).

Vidyanagar Nature Club's Mission Statement: VNC has been working since 1988 for environment education, awareness & protection. VNC is now a leading NGO in Anand district & also a registered Public Trust. VNC has carried out various environmental awareness programmes. These include weeklong snake shows covering more than 38,000 students of Vidyanagar & Anand; Arranging various campaigns, competitions and bird watching trips; Conservation projects like, protecting large numbers of trees against massive tree felling; Plan and control of a few polluting units. In all our activities VNC has always garnered enormous support from the citizens of Anand Taluka.
Our aim is to create a sensitive awareness in society towards the environment by developing individuals who will take up this cause more effectively. Judging from the support we receive for our activities and the feedback from the parents and campers, we can safely surmise that we are making progress.
