Description:
This program is designed to give students a meaningful immersion in Vietnam's rich culture. Through language training, cultural studies, service projects, independent study project, wilderness exploration and other forms of experiential learning, students will learn new perspectives on this country and their own.
Highlights:
Meeting US Ambassador Peterson, service projects in Hue, trekking through northern Vietnam hill tribes, riding on the Reunification Express, exploration of Ho Chi Minh City, boat trip up the Mekong Delta, visits to many important cultural and historic sites.
