* 3-day riverboat journey down the Nam Tha and Mekong Rivers
* Soak up the tranquility of beautiful Luang Prabang

Vietnam

* Explore Hanoi's vibrant 'Old Quarter'
* In the northern mountain region, Sapa, your choice of:
    - 2-day trekking ascent of Vietnam's highest mountain, Mt Fansipan or
    - 2 or 3 days trekking & home-stays through remote highland minority villages or
    - Daytrips & walks exploring Sapa and its environs
