Description: Real projects...real experience! Build a school while working side by side with locals. Watch the sun rise over the cathedral, see the temples at Monte Alban, and experience the cultural richness of Oaxaca.

These and other weekly adventures combine with cultural excursion and productive volunteer work to form a comprehensive and unique Winter Break experience. Join an adventurous group of people and make this a New Year's of great memories.

Winter Break in Oaxaca

Highlights: Make a difference in the world; explore Monte Alban and the Ancient Ruins of Mexico during your Winter Break. Join us in picturesque UNESCO world heritage site of Oaxaca for an unforgettable and rewarding experience. In addition to numerous adventures, fun people, and Spanish classes you will help build a local school or install a drinking water system with other ProMexico volunteers. This truly is the New Year's of lifetime!

Qualifications: All participants must have an adventurous spirit. Development projects are determined by the interests and skills of participants and the needs of the local community.
