Description:
ISLS in Costa Rica has put together what we believe is the best Teen Summer Spanish program in Central America. Students from ages 14 to 17 are eligible to participate in this exceptional 2 week program. With adventure activities, interactive and intensive Spanish classes, tours and surf lessons as well as group and cultural activities, students will have a new and exciting experience. For the summer, we have two camp locations; Playa Dominical, Costa Rica as well as Puerto Escondido, Mexico. There will be three start dates in Dominical and one in Puerto Escondido. Students will be able to choose which location best suits their needs. In Costa Rica, Playa Dominical is located on the central Pacific coast in the rain forest. There are a great deal of adventure activities and it is a great surf destinations. In Mexico, Puerto Escondido is located on the on the southern Pacific end of the Mexican Riviera. There are seven sun drenched, white sand beaches in town, including the world famous Mexican Pipeline at Playa Zicatela.
Highlights:
The adventure activities and tours for this program have been chosen to give students a wonderful cross section of the activities that are available in Costa Rica and Mexico, as well as to show them the people and culture of these peaceful and democratic countries. Students will participate in all of the following adventure activities: White water rafting, Zip-lining through the forest canopy, Horseback ride through the jungle, sea kayaking in the Pacific, Visit to Waterfalls and islands. Also, students will be taught to surf at three of the best surf beaches in the world. If you are already a surfer, you will be challenged by great waves and breaks as well.

Cost Include Description:
The price of this program includes all of the following: All activities and tours, three two hour surf lessons, use of surfboards, lodging, meals (3 per day), Spanish instruction, materials, classes, transportation, health and travel insurance and bilingual guides. Students will need very minimal spending money as all essentials are covered.
