Description: Learn-in-Asia (Scuba dive training academy) specializes in scuba diving apprenticeships to tutor and train divers to any level of recreational, technical or professional scuba diving that they strive to achieve. If the candidate wishes to be the highest non-professional scuba diver (MSD Master Scuba Diver) possible or a PADI Scuba Staff instructor - we have structured all inclusive scuba diving internships that cater for each level. Our various dive internships cater for the adventurous scuba diving career minded person or the pleasure diver. We train you to scuba dive (or build on existing skills) and then the skills and knowledge required to teach diving if professional level internship).

- Recreational internships such as the Master Scuba Diver certification are offered. This is perfect for the dive student that wishes to dive recreationally for fun but have the self-confidence in their ability to be an all round diver. This course takes the diver to the brink of professional level (next step Dive master) with many skills learned. The Master Scuba Diver dive program is ideal for summer vacation dive training or for those with short career breaks or semesters where they can only come for a month or two. The Master Scuba Diver internship offers full training from Open Water through Advanced, Emergency first aid, Rescue and 5 Specialty diver courses. Of course being Learn-in-Asia we offer unique specialty courses also. The Master Scuba Diver will be the highest certified non-professional scuba diver and a well rounded dive buddy to have. Possessing essential rescue skills and knowledge and many areas making you adaptable to different dive environments - everyone will wish to be your buddy!

- Technical internships may not be for everyone. Generally technical divers like to adventure in to the realms of areas "out of bounds" by recreational dive limitations. We offer TDI, PADI and IANTD mixed technical dive internships that take a diver to the depths of 90 meters making decompression stops on ascent. Rebreather and Nitrox mixes are taught also. We sport the most comprehensive technical scuba diving facilities on the eastern seaboard of Thailand all of the way down through Cambodia and offer internships to match this status. All inclusive technical packages can be tailored to suit individual diver needs with Association of Scuba Service Engineers and Technicians courses also (We are the only company in Thailand able to teach this).

- Professional Scuba Internships range from the dive master through to instructor certifications. The Dive-master program is an all inclusive internship taking divers from Open Water through Advanced, Emergency first aid, Rescue, dive master and 5 Specialty diver courses. We have many unique facets to our internships that make us very original - All dive masters will be taught the Emergency First Response Instructor Course and the DSD program. If the diver has experience then we can begin at that level.

The Dive master program is ideal for college or university students that only have short holidays or semesters or for those that wish to gain dives and experience as a dive professional before continuing on to become a dive instructor. This is superb as it allows the diver to be at the very footing of the instructorship and gain valuable experience before continuing. As a PADI Dive master the Dive master will be able to assist dive instructors with training, lead tours and group dives, and conduct a diver's first experience in a swimming pool or the 2nd dive in the ocean and many more duties. As a dive professional you'll not only have the qualification to work and earn money but also gain professional dive discounts within the industry.

- The PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Internship allows training from novice (or never having had dived) through to dive instructor in one all inclusive package. The traineeship offers - Full course training from beginner (never dived before) to instructor (If have any of these courses already then you shall be refunded or credited for all).

- ALL divers with no experience to Advanced will be upgraded to National Geographic Diver Status on arrival.
- PADI Open Water Course (& manuals etc.).
- National Geographic PADI Diverrs courses offered - We are one of ONLY 3 dive centers in Thailand that can offer this additional National Geographic Diver status. It includes additional marine and conservation academics and many new buoyancy skills. This offers a solid base of knowledge to build upon.
- PADI Advanced Course (& manuals etc.).
- PADI EFR (Emergency First Response - first aid & manuals etc) (Includes For infants)
- PADI Rescue Diver (& manuals etc.).
- PADI Dive Master Course (& manuals and training aids etc.)
- PADI Assistant Instructor (& manuals etc.)
- 2 x IDC's (one for preparation for the final IDC exams - offered no where else)
- IDC (Instructor Development Course & manuals and training aids etc) - With one of Thailand's (and S.E Asian) leading Course Directors.
- I E (Instructor Examination).
- 5 x Specialty Courses.
- SDI Solo Divers Course (very beneficial to the professional diver).
- TDI Full-Face Mask Underwater Communications course. This is superb with diver-to-diver and diver-to-surface communications system. We are the only company in ASIA to offer this course.
(If you have any of the above diver certifications above already then you shall be credited in full (discounted) for all - including if you have any equipment).

* At least 200 dives.
* Full set of scuba equipment from Regulators to diving knife and fins to BCD, Now Including SUUNTO Computer. Everything (your to keep after training). We kit you up with you very own gear on the first day that you start. This equipment is yours forever!
* Accommodation for up to six months. (And more if required).
* Visa assistance to stay here as long as you need.
* An active "job placement scheme" assisting you to find employment at the end of your internship/training.
* A life-time international passport to travel the world and earn whilst doing something you love.
* During this time you shall be exposed to the delights of DPV (Diver propulsion vehicles) and technical diving courses - adding to the overall experience.

All internship programs now include the IAHD (International Association of Handicapped Diving) specialty. As an instructor in this (we are 1 of ONLY 2 facilities in Thailand to offer this) - you will be highly employable. You are now taking a new skill to a potential employer and hence a new program and course that their dive facility can offer to the customers.
As Thailand becomes increasingly diasbility friendly with additional facilities and wheel chair ramps - so we should become more accommodating as dive instructors also. This will NOT ONLY make you massively employable, unique as an instructor but also allow you to share the joy of diving with a wider audience.
