Description: Join Global Crossroad most amazing mini-adventure program in India. Global Crossroad mini-adventure program blends with volunteering in orphanage and visiting some of the spectacular tourist destinations of India. In the Orphanage Project volunteers will contribute their time and energy working with neglected, abandoned, or orphaned children. Most of the activities in the orphanages focus on the educational training for the children. Therefore, volunteers will be teaching Basic English to the orphans. Sometimes additional help in sanitation, food distribution, games, drawing, and other creative activities can be given. The love and care you show makes a positive difference in the lives of these children, and you will be mentors and role models, as well as teachers.

Typical Volunteer: The India mini-Venture program is a meaningful opportunity for volunteers who wish to explore the beauty of India, its culture, nature, and people while volunteering for orphans. The India mini-Venture program aims to help orphaned children -giving them much needed hope and guidance. As a volunteer you will be teaching health education/English/sanitation to poor kids. You also help children to develop their creative talents working with them to draw pictures, play games and perform various creative activities. After a few days of working for the poor children, or any other activity that interests the volunteer, India volunteers will organize a 4 day of tours of India where you will experience India's rich past, exciting future, wonderful culture, and natural beauty by visiting some of popular tourist destinations of Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra (Golden triangle). In our mini-Venture you enrich your volunteering experience by visiting some of cultural wonders of India.
